To pass the rocking chair test and live your best life:

Do what you love and love what you do!
'Play your own music' - live YOUR life. Use your superpowers and strengths as much as you can. Work out what your are most passionate about and live a purposeful, intentional life.
Success is about a journey to mastery. I do believe it takes time, energy and effort to develop even our natural strengths and superpowers. Be willing to put the work in and constantly refine what you do.
Complacency is the first step to failure!
The GiFT631 winning habits, frameworks and routines DO make a difference over time. From Mozart time to SMUUT goals to the 1+3+6 framework to visualisation to the 4M morning routine - be consistent in getting your daily/weekly basics right so they work for you.
Networks and relationships are the foundation of everything. Constantly develop your network and invest in your relationships.
The only way to start is to start - take the first step to ensure your ideas, dreams and aspirations become more than that. Turn them into goals and start taking ACTION.
Be willing to stretch from your comfort zone and leave your cave. 'Growth feels uncomfortable.'
Consistently Debrief. Find the ongoing opportunities to continually every high value activity you do. Winners debrief more than the average.
Set yourself an ever higher standard - aim high and put yourself under pressure.
Take time to reflect, celebrate in the moment and enjoy your personal journey. Then work out how to go again.
